…develops previous activities of the Faculty of Science in Olomouc focused on popularization and mediation of individual study subjects, achievements of Faculty departments, events organized for children or students, etc.

…participates at the educational process at primary and secondary schools and encourages children and students to perceive science as something interesting, colourful and promissing for their future career

…lasts two and a half years and its major objective is to issue a detail manual for Universities and Research Centres. This manual will serve as a practical handbook of communication with general public and it will provide ideas how to popularize these activities in a long-term perspective.

…includes a wide range of after-school activities in the area of natural science and their mediation in cooperation with partner media subjects

…aims to map the present level and intensity of media communication of natural science and its perception by students at primary and secondary schools. Similar inquiry will be organized two years later to evaluate the achieved progress in this field.

…establishes an original network of departments focused on natural science, primary and secondary schools, free-time organizations and experts in sociology and media science. The objectives of this pro-active cooperation is a systematical and long-term mediation and popularization of natural science and scientific research.
